Business Park is a proposed Mixed-Use Development in Vibhuti Khand, Gomtinagar,
Lucknow. The Building will have the honour of the first LEED rated Building in Lucknow.
The project will comprise of two levels of retail, four levels of Office Space and top three
floors for a Hotel with banquet facilities.
Perform has been engaged to manage the complete development from Design Development
to the handover stage. The project is currently in the Detailed design Stage. Construction
is scheduled to commence in September 2008.
